I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the wide beds made for a cozy night's sleep. The service was outstanding, and the location near the Hakone Yumoto train station was so convenient. The dining experience, especially the juicy steaks, was absolutely delightful. However, the lack of an espresso machine in the room was a small drawback. Overall, a great value for money with many positives to enjoy.
